/The Problem/
Duke University Libraries (DUL) has historically been able supported patron needs through its homepage and extensive online resources. However, as technology and accessibility standards evolve, the library faces challenges maintaing patron satisfaction.

/The Opportunity/
Conducted mixed-methods research to identify modern UX practices and validate homepage design recommendations with students, generating evidence-based guidance for the new library homepage while building stakeholder buy-in for a user-centered redesign.
